Full property refurbishment
A complete internal refurbishment taken on room by room across the whole property.
- Staircase removed, extended and rebuilt with longer steps and a new banister, stained to match the existing varnished doors
- One living room door blocked up to gain the space needed for a more comfortable stair angle
- Old wallpaper and artex stripped back, new skim throughout
- Partial rewire and new smoke alarms to meet current regulations
- Radiators repositioned and a new storage room built in below the staircase
- Existing kitchen retained, with a new accessible boiler box and a connection added for a dishwasher
- Full bathroom remodel with a walk-in shower fitted into the space and all pipework concealed in the floor
- 35 metres of copper pipe laid inside the floor for the central heating
- All carpets replaced, and the original ground floor floorboards sanded and varnished
- Whole house decorated to a high spec
- Delivered in the agreed timescale with no unexpected extra costs

Bathroom renovation
A brand new bathroom built from scratch in a position with no existing water supply and no stud work in place. Everything, from the pipework to the walls, was put in from nothing.

Staircase and glass balustrade
An older timber banister replaced with a modern glass balustrade, opening up the staircase and bringing in a cleaner, brighter finish.

Convenience Store Fit Out
A convenience store fit-out, taking the retail space through to a clean, finished shop floor ready to trade.

Media wall installation
A media wall built into the living room, taking the space from bare wall to a finished feature.
Ongoing project
Church restoration
An ongoing restoration of a historic church, made up of careful, delicate work throughout. Restoring and repainting original timber doors, replastering and repainting worn surfaces, and bringing tired original features back to life. A large project, still in progress.

Full house refurbishment and staircase
Full flooring and decorating throughout the property, along with a new glass staircase balustrade built and installed as part of the same job.
