Survey and planning
Every managed project starts with a survey. We look at the space, understand what you want, handle the planning side, and set out how the job will work and what it will cost. No guesswork later.
Coordinating the trades
We plan the job and bring in the specialists we've worked with for years. Because we know the standard we're getting, we can manage all of them so the sequence runs cleanly with no gaps.
Managing the build
Through the work you deal with one team. One point of contact, one company accountable for the finish, and a site kept tidy with disruption kept down.
Handover and guarantee
At the end we walk the job with you. Everything is backed by a 12-month workmanship guarantee, so you have the standard in writing.
